I have always hated budget airlines. Not because of what they are or the people who fly on them - although in recent years that has become a big part of it !
The thing I hate is the really poor service. I know that if something is cheap or budget then something has to be taken out but the budget airlines are not honest about this. When someone sells basic no frills travel I know what I am buying, If someone sells a damaged or broken product I do not.
Arriving at an airport to find the flight cancelled is one thing but finding that there are no staff there or staff with no information is common. To find that when your luggage is lost that there is no interest or responsibility - Claim on your credit card they say.
And finally the famous cheap flight that when you add all the charges, surcharges, extras and try and try to book more than one seat for a penny - it is better to fly scheduled.
I have ordered this book as the guy claims that you can be offended and like it so I am hoping that this will be my chance to work out what i am doing wrong.
